MGTHERAPY is a  Glasgow based intergrated Counselling Accredited (and CBT) Service which helps deal with a wide range of psychological and stress related issues which have the potential of significantly affecting our mood, health and well-being. These are just a few of the situations that may benefit from counselling and CBT. No-one can guarantee not being faced with emotional, psychological or health problems at some point in our life. We may be facing various difficulties and challenges which can result in feelings of being overwhelmed and not coping well. At other times we can feel stuck and don't know which way to go or what to do. The aim of counselling / CBT is to provide help, clarity and structure and a greater ability to cope or deal with the problem effectively and to move on towards problem resolution and general self and health improvement.
